We keep only what we need to run your games. Here's exactly what that is.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email, and WhatsApp number if you add one.
- Bookings: which kickoffs you book, how many spots, whether you paid and checked in.
- Receipts: payment screenshots you upload, so we can confirm your spot.
- Hosts: details of the grounds and games you post.
We don't collect your location, contacts, or card details, and we don't run advertising trackers.
Who can see it
- Other players see your first name on a team sheet, and only once you've paid.
- Hosts of games you book see your name, phone number and booking, so they can run the game.
- Our team sees bookings and payment receipts to verify payments and help you.
- Payment receipts are stored privately. Only you and our finance team can open them.
Where it's stored
Our app runs on Vercel and our database and file storage on Supabase. Access is locked down so each person can only reach their own data, and every payment or permission change by our team is logged.
Your choices
- Edit your name and number any time in Account.
- Want your account and bookings deleted? Message us on WhatsApp from the number on your account, or from your account email, and we'll remove it.

We only use the essential cookies that keep you logged in. No marketing or analytics cookies.
