WARMING UP
WARMING UP
How it works
BookYourArena does the boring bits of a pickup game: who's in, who's paid, who's at the gate. You just play.
For players
GATE 01
Find a kickoff
Filter by day, sport, level, or women-only. Every game shows how many spots are open and who's already on the team sheet.
GATE 02
Book your spot
Pick a kickoff and how many spots: you plus up to 5 mates. Your spot is held straight away.
GATE 03
Pay and send the receipt
Transfer to BookYourArena by bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash or NayaPay. Upload the screenshot in My games, or send it on WhatsApp.
GATE 04
We check it
A person on our team matches your receipt to the payment. Then you're on the team sheet.
GATE 05
Show your gate pass
Your pass is a QR code in My games. The host scans it at the gate. One pass covers everyone in your booking.
For hosts and grounds
GATE 01
Add your ground
Name, area, a Google Maps link and what the ground has. Pick a cover photo or upload your own.
GATE 02
Post a game
Sport, level, price a head, and every kickoff you run. Weekly game? One tap copies it to next week.
GATE 03
We review it
Our team checks every new game before it goes live. Trusted hosts become sub-admins and go live instantly.
GATE 04
Watch the team sheet fill
See who's paid, who's held a spot, and who's on the bench. Call bench players up on WhatsApp when a spot opens.
GATE 05
Scan them in
Open the gate scanner on your phone. Green means paid. Pass won't scan? Type the booking code.
Own a ground? See how hosting fills your empty slots.
Questions
BookYourArena, into the accounts shown when you book. Never pay a host or a stranger's number for a BookYourArena game.
As soon as someone on our team checks your receipt. Uploading the screenshot in My games is the fastest way.
Yes. Book up to 6 spots in one go and pay for all of them. Your one gate pass lets the whole group in, so arrive together.
When a kickoff is full you can sit on the bench. The host sees the bench in order and can call you up if someone drops out. If a spot opens, it also shows on the game page for anyone to book.
Before you've paid, yes: pull out from My games and the spot goes back to the board. After paying, message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it out. See payments and refunds for details.
So nobody can sit on spots they aren't paying for. Pay for one, or pull out, and you can book again.
No. Only the hosts of games you book and our team can see it. Team sheets only show first names.
Players pay BookYourArena and we settle with you directly. Message us on WhatsApp to set up your payout details.
