Who you pay

You pay BookYourArena, not the host. The accounts are shown on your held booking in My games: bank transfer, Easypaisa, JazzCash or NayaPay. If anyone asks you to pay a different number for a BookYourArena game, don't, and tell us.

How your spot gets confirmed

• When you book, your spot is held for you.
• You transfer the amount shown (the price a head times the number of spots).
• You upload the receipt in My games, or send it to us on WhatsApp with your booking code.
• A person on our team matches it to the payment and confirms your spot. Your gate pass appears in My games.

You can hold up to 3 unpaid bookings at a time. A held spot isn't yours until it's paid, so pay soon after booking.

Can't make it?

• Not paid yet: pull out from My games. The spot goes back to the board and nothing is owed.
• Already paid: message us on WhatsApp with your booking code as early as you can and we'll sort it out with you.

If a game doesn't happen

If a kickoff is cancelled by the host or by us, message us with your booking code and we'll refund you or move you to another kickoff, whichever you prefer.

Mistakes

Paid the wrong amount or the wrong account? Message us with the receipt straight away. If we confirmed a booking by mistake, we may reverse it; you keep your spot while we sort it out.
