WARMING UP
WARMING UP
For grounds and organisers
Weekday afternoons. Late nights. The slots that sit empty are the ones where nobody could round up a full team. BookYourArena sells them one player at a time, takes the payments, and gives you a scanner for the gate.

Built for
Futsal courts, astro turfs and indoor cricket arenas. Turn the weekday afternoon and late night slots that sit empty into paid games.
You run the Friday game and chase twenty people for money every week. Post it once, share the link, and let the team sheet fill itself.
Mark a game women only. It's labelled on the board and players can filter for it, so the right people find it.
What you get
One game, as many kickoffs as you run. Weekly slot? One tap copies it to next week.
Set a price a head and a squad size. Players book one spot or bring up to five mates.
Players pay BookYourArena by bank, Easypaisa, JazzCash or NayaPay. Our finance team checks every receipt. You stop chasing.
See who's paid, who's holding a spot and who's on the bench, for every kickoff.
Full kickoff? Players queue on the bench. Someone drops out, you call the next one up.
Scan each player's gate pass. Green means paid. Pass won't scan? Type the booking code.
Every game gets its own page with a preview image for WhatsApp groups and social posts.
Games are listed on city and sport pages built to show up when players search for a game near them.
Getting started
Name, area, a Google Maps link and what you've got: floodlights, parking, changing rooms.
Pick the sport, level, price a head and times. Keep your regular court bookings as they are.
Every new game is checked by our team. Hosts we trust go live instantly.
Watch the squad fill, then scan everyone in at the gate.
